I love nothing more than putting my headphones on, having some me time and especially with podcasts listen to other opinions, take it in, listening without interruption is a fantastic way to hear a conversation. I love music, I listen to most genre but especially love the 70s music a time when I was young a bit wild and bold.  Music can take me to another place or time, reunites and connects me with people, be my response to what’s going on in the world and allow my soul to soar when the body doesn’t want to.
