I listen to music to uplift my spirit Archie Roach is my favourite. When ever I am struggling I listen to his stories in his songs and it motivates me. Many people think it’s sad but I think it’s shows his strength and resilience and I think of my worries and think it’s nothing compare to what our Elders went through. I love finding songs in language I love walking and listening to them it makes me to connected to my surroundings.

I listen to many podcasts and audio books for personal and spiritual growth. Oprah is my favourite she starts the podcast  with the most valuable gift you can give your self is time time to be fully present and fully away! It’s something I try to do which isn’t easy. I struggle to sit and read so listening really helps me as I also learn best from listening.
